Keys will need to be given on the first initial visit if we find that I am a match for your pet. I can keep the key with me on file or if you are not comfortable with this the key can be picked up at a scheduled time, but a $10 fee will apply for pickup and return of key. I will not allow for the key to be left hidden outside the home at anytime due to liability issues. There must always be a personal exchange at all times.


Fees must be paid before services are rendered. An immediate reimbursement will be given if services are not provided due to our inability to complete the job.


48 hours notice must be given for non-holiday service for cancellations or a $50 fee will be charged.  Cancellation during holiday service is to be discussed upon reservation due to high demand for pet service during this period.  It can be either the full amount due or will be half of amount due of service requested depending on reason for cancellation.

Termination of Service

Tucker's Pet Service may have the right to terminate service for the following reasons at any time: financial issues, safety concerns or any situations that I deem uncomfortable.
